This is a staple in my family!!! We always make tons of these and eat them as fast as we can make them! So easy and ridiculously GOOD!! Thick sliced ham, smeared with Cream Cheese, place a kosher pickle in the middle...roll and cut into bite size pieces! Promise you will be hooked!! Great low carb app :)
Cauliflower Crust Hawaiian Pizza This is the best invention ever: Cauliflower Crust Pizza. Yes, you heard that right… pizza crust made out of cauliflower. I saw it on Beth’s blog, and she got the idea from a friend who got the idea from a low-carb bulletin board. It’s apparently been an idea that has been floating around for a while, but I’ve just gotten wind of it and I’m sure glad I did. This stuff is (shockingly) good!
Farmer's Casserole 6 c. frozen shredded hash browns 1 1/2 c.shredded Cheddar cheese 2 cups diced cooked ham 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 large beaten eggs Two 12-ounce c. evaporated milk 1/4 t.salt 1/4 t.pepper Arrange potatoes evenly in the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and green onion. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in dish.Bake at 350 45-55 min.
