Vanilla Ice Cubes: Great for Iced Coffee!

I am a complete and total sucker for mix-ins. In soda, in ice cream, in coffee or even tea. I love that extra kick of something special in my drinks. I'm thinking these vanilla ice cubes are the perfect things to keep my sweet weekend beverages cold without getting watered down.

Vanilla Ice (for Delicious Summer Drinks!) These Vanilla Ice cubes are made with almond milk, sugar, and vanilla. So not only do they add the flavor of vanilla to your drink, they also add some creaminess and a touch of sweetness. They’re perfect for iced coffee and tea. And if you’re too impatient to wait for them to melt in your drink, you can eat them like popsicles too.

You freeze the mixers as layered ice cubes! Piña colada was pineapple juice and coconut. I bet Lime juice and low grade triple sec would work well for a pitcher of margaritas.....

This reminded me of your almond milk ice cubes in coffee... what about chocolate ice cubes in Almond Milk! Ahhhhh

Left over coffee... Freeze it in an ice cube tray. Save until you have enough to put in a blender with your favorite coffee creamer to make a "fancy" frappuccino
