I need to remember this. Don't get overwhelmed with the distance, take it one mile at a time!

Tomorrow will be 21 consecutive runs Shin splints are killing me (ice bath) IT bands sore (leg raises) Ankles and feet sore (swap up shoes) can't waite to run in the snow storm tomorrow! Life is great!

Half of me still doesn't believe it. But the other half of me runs four miles and loves it and tells the first half of me to shut up.

i may not be able to run yet, but the walking on the treadmill sure does clear my mind... Well, not really clear it, but to focus more on God ♥

There will be days when I want to give up, but I will keep training and finsih what I started!!
