A clever way to get a small herb garden is to grow in a zinc tub (or other large vessels). Fertilize and water regularly o your own spices to this summer's all delicacies. And in winter, of course, harvest regularly and dry or freeze. When growing herbs all the more. In my box I have chives, thyme (see the nice sign above that I received from Greenhouse madam), pineapple sage, mint, parsley, oregano.

Tabletop gardens. Fill a pretty container with soil and use it to create a miniature garden in your home. These can be both seasonal and fanciful: in Winter, for instance, you could imagine a gnome garden with moss, evergreen twigs, and quartz crystals to evoke ice.
