DAY 29: One Minute Per Exercise Total Body Workout

Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank

I just did this :) and can say that if you push through at a good pace it pumps your heart good. I like it for days you can't GO to the gym or need a quick workout (less than 30 min easily)

Full body workout - I haven't been committed to working out regularly and wanted to start up w a bit more than just cardio without killing myself in the weight room - good start I think!

Workout.. scratch those knee push-ups! Let's do it for REAL! :)
