    Ramen Coleslaw: Toast 2T sesame seeds & 1/4c sliced almonds, Whisk together 2T veg oil, 3T white wine vinegar, 2T sugar, seasoning pkt from ramen noodles, & 1/2t pepper. In a large bowl combine 1/2 head of shredded cabbage, 5 chopped green onions, crushed ramen noodles. Pour dressing over the cabbage & toss. Top with almonds & sesame seeds.

Apple Coleslaw Mix the dressing and honey in large bowl. Add the coleslaw and apples and mix together. The mixture might seem dry but it will be plenty once the mixture has chilled in the fridge since the cabbage will release some liquid. Salt and pepper to taste. Coleslaw...this sounds so much like the dressing my mother made. The slaw was crunchy and paired well with everything from seafood to pork! Will give this a try this week!

I already add the green onions, egg, and mushrooms. Also if you buy dumpling(gyoza, or chinese) they taste awesome in it. Dump some srirachi on that junk!

Chinese Coleslaw--I made this recipe tonight to go along with slow cooker ribs--too hot to grill, and corn on the cob. I cut the recipe in half as it makes a heap and also only used 1/2 of the seasoning packet in the Ramen noodles that I used to cut down on the sodium. It is very yummy!
