Grilled corn-on-the-cob, rolled in feta, seasoned with sea-salt & pepper and sprinkled with cilantro. For a southwest taste.you could roll in mexican queso cheese, or a mexican cheese mixture and squeeze lime juice over it, instead of adding more salt.
Baked corn on the cob, I just tried this tonight and I don't think I will ever make corn on the cob on the stovetop again! It came so tender and yummy, and you can use the foil as a plate if you're a messy eater like me ^^baked corn cob

Quick & Easy way to cook delicious corn on the cob. Simply place the entire corn (husk & hall) in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. The husk will peel off easily and the corn has a great, roasted flavor! Roasted corn is probably my favorite food ever.
