    Lebanese Garlic Sauce (Toum)

    5 MINUTO MAGIC GREEN SAUCE Autor: Pizca de Yum Sirve: hace cerca de 2 tazas (8 porciones) - tamaño de la porción ¼ taza INGREDIENTES 1 aguacate 1 taza de perejil y cilantro lleno hojas (combinado) 1 jalapeño, costillas y sin semillas 2 dientes de ajo jugo de un limón (o dos - conseguir un montón de bondad limey ahí!) ½ taza de agua ½ taza de aceite de oliva 1 cucharadita de sal ½ taza de pistachos (se puede sub otros frutos secos - véanse las notas) INSTRUCCIONES Pulso todos los ingredientes - excepto los pistachos - en un procesador de alimentos hasta que se incorpore. Añadir los pistachos y el pulso hasta que mayormente lisa (depende de lo que la consistencia que quieras). Servir como salsa, extensión, o salsa - o añadir más agua o aceite para diluir la salsa para su uso como un apósito o un adobo. NOTAS Yo hago esto con otros tipos de frutos secos como nueces y almendras y funcionó muy bien, pero el sabor no era tan bueno en mi humilde opinión. Si usted puede encontrar pistachos sin cáscara, vale la pena el derroche!
