How to make Toom (Lebanese garlic paste) This is INCREDIBLE- but VERY garlic-y. 1 cup peeled garlic, 4 cups canola oil, 1/2 cup lemon juice. Make it a food processor. GO SLOW as the video indicates or the paste will not emulsify and will separate.
