I was healed with God's help from an eating disorder in my teenage years. It took me awhile to learn that food shouldn't have power over our emotions. Food is to be enjoyed and cherished but now to compensate for something we feel that can not be quenched. Love yourself enough to confront the feelings that make you want to emotional eat, that's when you can develop a healthy relationship with food and not tie anxiety to it. Pray to God for help. He heard my prayers.
