The Melting Pot Spinach and Artichoke Cheese Fondue (You will want to at least double this for a family.) TIP: Chop or shred the cheeses, then sprinkle a couple of TBS of flour on the cheese and toss well..Then, add to the broth... It makes the cheese melt into the broth, otherwise the cheese stays stringy and it gets totally ruined. Helps thicken the whole thing up, too.

Spinach artichoke grilled cheese ~ these look delicious... I love that there's a scratch recipe for this on the link, but I'll admit, I may be using Trader Joe's spinach artichoke dip as a shortcut. :) rj.
Melting Pot Cheddar Cheese Fondue
Melting Pot Cheddar Cheese Fondue... I do this a little differently - more garlic, no mustard powder, a touch of pepper on the top like they do at the restaurant, Budwiser for the beer base if I'm in a pinch for beer (b/c I don't drink it) - try to use a GOOD lager beer though, and a mix of sharp cheddar and Emmenthaler cheeses. I use a baguette and some green apples for the dippers :) Fondue = heaven!
