    Hello, football season! White Trash Dip  1 can chili (15 oz) 2 packages cream cheese (8 oz ea), softened 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1 lb. bacon 4 green onions, chopped 1 tsp red pepper flakes Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon. Crumble. Mix together chili, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions in a large bowl. Spread mixture into a pie pan. Cook for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Serve with chips. Good recipe for Michelle!

Mississippi Sin Dip: 16 oz sour cream, 8 oz softened cream cheese, 2 c shredded cheddar, 1/2 c chopped ham, 1 chopped green onion, 1/4 tsp hot sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Combine together then serve in a hollowed out loaf of French bread. Wrap in foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with bread cubes, chips or crackers.
