Movie night treat: Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn. 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 9-10 marshmallows 12 c. popcorn. Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows. Microwave until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn.

This is brilliant! I never get to use all of my scallions before they go bad. Freeze green onions in water bottles - shake out the right amount and return to the freezer.

1 can creamed corn, 1 can sweet corn, 1 stick light margarine, 1 cup elbow macaroni, 1 cup velveeta. Dont drain any cans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook in crockpot until noodles are done. AMAZING!!
