Luau Punch~ 1 (46 fluid ounce can) pineapple juice, 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed, 2 liters lemon lime soda, In an empty gallon milk jug or pitcher, pour pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate. Shake to mix and pour in the lemon-lime soda. You may need to let the fizz settle and then return to pouring. This will fill up the gallon. Freeze overnight. Let the punch start to thaw 2 hours before serving. Serve slushy.
Pumpkin Pineapple Cocktail
Pineapple upside-down cake martini | 1 oz. Vanilla Vodka 1 oz. Cake Vodka 1 oz. Pineapple Rum 3 oz. Pineapple Juice .5 oz Grenadine Pineapple wedge and/or Cherry to garnish Directions Combine the three spirits and Pineapple Juice in an ice filled cocktail shaker. Cover, shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Add the Grenadine (which will sink to the bottom of the glass), and garnish accordingly.
Pineapple Smoothie. 1-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 cup buttermilk, 2 cups ice cubes, 2 cans (8 oz each) unsweetened crushed pineapple, 1/4 cup sugar. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses. Serve.
