Easy Marshmallow Fondant, YOU can do it! @Katie Schmeltzer Schmeltzer Mills and if you run out of marshmallows call grandma!

Pistachio Cupcakes---1 3/4 cup flour, 1 four-serving size instant pistachio pudding, 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, 2/3 cup sugar, 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 beaten eggs, 1 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 can cream cheese frosting, green sugar.  Grease tins or line with cups, fill tins 2/3 full, bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.  Cool, frost, sprinkle, enjoy!
