This looks eerily similar, especially the crown like setting, to an opal ring that I had made for myself (from pieces that I handpicked, including the opal!) by a really kind jeweler when I was about eighteen years old and living in Saint Petersburg, FL, with my (now) ex-husband. Oh, memories... I wish I had never lost that pretty little ring!
2.77 Carat Emerald and Bullet-Cut Diamond Art Deco Ring. gorgeous, richly saturated, bright and lively green old mine Colombian emerald, weighing 2.77 carats (but presenting about one carat larger due to its spready cut), is classically showcased in platinum between a shimmering pair of bullet-cut diamonds, together weighing one-half carat. A simply stunning Art Deco jewel, circa 1930s. Via Lang Antiques.
