The Injury Digraphs: ow and ou ! This is so creative and funny. I think it will be a hit with my Kindergarten students.

This game gives student exposure to the 4 sounds of r-controlled vowels. R-controlled vowels have 4 sounds--/air/, /ar/, /ear/, /ir/, /or/. The game is played just like UNO. There are 140 r-controlled word cards in the game. As the students play the game, it will increase their visual memory and experience reading r-controlled words.

This is great for now and future use when the days get rough!
