Jackie how kind of you to respond. I am a retired Antique dealer from Pennsylvania and now live in Phoenix, Az. Travel the country in the summer in a 40ft. R.V. I was married to a Toy designer that worked for Hubley Mfg. Co. that has been out of business for thirty years. He died 25 years ago, I remarried 13 years ago to a retired Air Force Officer. I noticed that you are behind a wheel of a large boat. What kind of boat? My husband did own a sail boat before we married. Your life sounds very exciting and it is great talking with you.I gave my husband an old ships wheel off a l943 46ft. Stevens power boat. He is proud of it...

For those that have an abundance of peanut fillers, you can take them to Fed Ex or UPS station and they will re use them. Also your choice of plants looks fantastic.

This conversation is two years old but what a wonderful read. How refreshing to see kind comments and a possible friendship "blossom" from a comments section. Thanks.

Do this in front yard. Potager - Kitchen garden at Bolen residence. LOVE the use of the large pots to control the amount of water or nutrients herbs need as opposed to the vegetables! "This raised-bed kitchen garden was absolutely stunning and made great use of a narrow space that was formerly used as a dog enclosure. The space was designed by John Fluitt, an Oklahoma landscape designer."

a teapot card with box in the bottom -- free template by Miri D -- found thanks to Ruth Southorn pinterest.com/... The perfect card for my tea addict parents!!

Spring display for front garden near front door, do repeating containers with the same flowers for an extra wow factor, or do 3 types of plants all with the same color of flowers. Anybody tried this?

Love this idea, but the execution seems complicated. DIY hanging pots. Now if only I had 1) a saw, and 2) a boring bit. What is that?! Might be easier to buy a plant stand lol.

What about a tiered wire basket? You know the kind they sell for in kitchens to put bananas, apples, etc in. They usually have 3 baskets hanging down. Just a thought~

Not a working water feature. Look closely--that's a crystal coming out of the spout. Cute!
