|1/2 cup||Raspberries, fresh|

|1||Pillsbury pie crust, refrigerated|
|2 cups||Raspberry sherbet|
Beer, Wine & Liquor
|2 containers||(6 oz each) yoplait® 99% fat free raspberry yogurt|

Mint Melon Sangria Ingredients: 1 ½ cups diced watermelon 1 ½ cups diced cantaloupe 1 ½ cups diced honeydew melon 2 cups ice 10 mint leaves Juice from ¼ lime 2 bottles sparkling white wine Directions: Pour all of the diced melons in a large glass pitcher. Top with ice. Gently muddle mint leaves with the lemon juice. Add to pitcher. Pour wine in last and stir with a wooden spoon.
Frozen Strawberry Daiquiri Pie - The cocktail hour is sweeter when you add a frozen strawberry pie with all the fruity flavors of a daiquiri. This will taste so good on those hot summer days ahead.
Sunset Sangria. This turned out excellent! I would not "chop" the basil though -- it was too leafy and we ended up having to strain a lot of the basil out. I would just use the leaves for flavour as is.
