“In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.” - Albert Schweitzer -

Gene Kelly was a great dancer, singer, director, producer and much more in Hollywood films in the 40's and 50's. I like him better than Fred Astair and Kelly almost single handedly caused ballet to become acceptable in the theater. He made many movies and was famous aand greatly loved. A tremendous SELF TAUGHT dancer of all types. Far more versatile than Astair, although I liked him also.

A jazzy swing number as the first dance rather than a slow dance (haha there can be another one of those later)

Swing Dancing ~ I will learn to dance it some day. As in "you can dance like somebody's watching, because you are good enough to not feel like a clumsy goof".
