Ribbon tank or longer for a cute summer dress. Cut two rectangles (can be more exact and cut curves near top for arm holes). Sew a tube on top of both. Pull ribbon/fabric through and knot. Sew sides up. Maybe a couple layers, or lace instead of ruffles at the bottom? Hmmm
