@The Mushroom Channel #MightyMushrooms Bourbon Mushrooms: In a large skillet, melt the 1/2c butter and 1/2c olive oil over medium heat. Add 2# chopped mushrooms, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 12-15 minutes, until tender and most of the liquid has evaporated. Add 1/2c bourbon and cook 2-3 more minutes. Reduce heat to low and add 3 cloves minced garlic, 2tsp. dried parsley and 2 tsp. dried thyme. Cook 2-3 more minutes.
