    Thai Chicken Wraps: Marinate chicken in cilantro, brown sugar, lime, red curry paste, pepper flakes & salt. Prepare peanut sauce with brown sugar, lime, red curry paste, peanut butter, water, soy sauce, shallots, ginger & garlic. Grill chicken then place in lettuce leaf, topping with bell pepper, carrots & cucumber. Drizzle with peanut sauce. Serve with steamed veggies & rice, or if you have time, potstickers and tempura.
