What a great idea - use canning jar rings on a cookie sheet to bake muffins in bulk! So much more efficient than having a bunch of extra pans cluttering up your cabinets. Of course, my muffin tins and I have a great relationship, so they won't be going anywhere, but this would be great for when I need more than 2 dozen of something. (The recipe sounds delicious, too!)
