Roasted butternut with farro. I mixed in the goat cheese to make it all creamy, added some apple to the butternut and onion mix, used a lot of fresh thyme, and skipped the walnut oil... delicious!

Squash Blossoms- Next Year when these are in season I want to finally pick some up from the farmers market and try them!

Heirloom beans, acorn squash & autumn beer make the best Autumn Chili ever!

Ginger Pork Dumplings - Closest recipe to authentic potsticker or gyoza filling I have found. I make half as dumplings and half for won ton soup.
