Makes 5 cups granola


1/2 cup Cranberries, dried
1/8 tsp Ginger, ground
1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
1/4 cup Raisins

2 1/2 cups Rolled oats, old fashioned


3 tbsp Maple syrup, pure

Pasta & Grains

1/4 cup Millet

Baking & Spices

1/8 tsp All spice, ground
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1/4 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Nuts & Seeds

1/4 cup Flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup Pecans
1/4 cup Pepitas


1/2 cup Brown sugar (dark or light will work here—i choose dark for its slightly stronger molasses flavor)
