Old Fashioned Broccoli Salad - made with red onion, celery, carrots, raisins, nuts and bacon, and a mayonnaise, vinegar and sugar dressing. Served here on leaves of romaine lettuce.

Yogurt Broccoli Salad - This is good and an alternative to the typical cheese and bacon broccoli salad. It's definitely best eaten the same day though. We had some leftover, but it just wasn't as flavourful the next day and some of the vegetables had watered out a bit.
