      Tomato Cheese Corn Muffins: Whisk well together 1/4c butter - melted + 1/4c sugar. Add 1/2tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper, 1tsp onion pwdr; whisk. Stir in 1.25c lukewarm milk. Add 1.5c flour, 1.5c cornmeal, 2tsp b.pwdr; fold til combined. Fold in 1c shredded cheese, 1c chopped cherry tomatoes, 1/2c chopped green onions til just combined. Put into 12greased muffin tins; bake @ 350deg 25min.
