Garlic shrimp & quinoa - cooked quinoa w/chic stock, used half the butter, used pine nuts, olive oil, cilantro, golden raisins, sub lime for lemon, added can drained black beans & a cup of frozen corn.  By far, one of the best Pinterest recipes I've tried so far!!!
