    1 lb Shell-on shrimp, jumbo


    1 Bay leaf
    1/4 cup Flat-leaf parsley, fresh
    1 clove Garlic
    1 Green chile, small hot
    1 (28-ounce) can Tomatoes, whole
    1 cup Yellow onion

    Canned Goods

    2 tbsp Tomato paste


    1/2 cup Pimiento-stuffed olives, green

    Pasta & Grains

    3/4 cup Millet

    Baking & Spices

    1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
    1 Pinch Sea salt, fine
    1/4 tsp Sea salt, fine
    1 Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, Fine

    Oils & Vinegars

    3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin


    1 cup 4 ounces coarsely crumbled greek feta cheese

    Beer, Wine & Liquor

    1/3 cup Ouzo
