These 2 Ingredient (really!) Sweet Potato Pancakes are so easy and are a huge hit with the kids. Gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, soy-free. I love this healthy pancake recipe. We eat these for breakfast, lunch, AND snacks. :)
COCONUT FLOUR BREAD 6 eggs 1 T honey 1/2 coconut oil 1/2 t salt 3/4 c sifted coconut flour 1 t baking soda Blend eggs, honey, oil & salt. Add other ingredients. Mix. Pour into greased pan. Bake 350 40min.
