Nuts & Seeds

1/2 cup Flaxseed, ground


5 tbsp Butter, organic
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese


2 boxes 10 ounce frozen spinach, defrosted and water thoroughly squeezed out, frozen

How to convert a recipe to gluten-free.

    Grey Wolf, if you had the cramps and had to spend hours in the bathroom wishing it would stop....just because you ate some gluten or it was hidden in a product. You wouldn't have made your stupid comment mate!

    Thank you ! This is going to help me convert some of my favorite gluten laden recipes to gluten free. My Dr. is pushing me to go gluten free. Grey wolf .. according my doctors.. the reason so many of us are having to go gluten free is that the wheat( and other) seeds have been genetically engineered causing a multitude of digestive/ problems for many of us.This is not the same wheat that was used 50 years ago.
