    Cremini mushroom and arugula quiche in a gluten-free almond meal crust. Changes to the recipe - used parmesan instead of goats cheese, added bit to the crust too, also used 1.5 cups of almond flour instead of 1 so that there was a thicker crust. Put some lemon zest in the crust mixture too.
