2 Yellow onions, large

Refrigerated

1/4 cup Liquid egg substitute

Condiments

1 tbsp Mayonnaise, reduced fat

Pasta & Grains

1 cup Quinoa

Baking & Spices

1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Salt
1 Salt

Bread & Baked Goods

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
8 Rolls or hamburger buns, high fiber

1 tbsp Butter, light
6 oz Greek yogurt, plain nonfat
1/2 cup Mexican cheese blend, reduced fat
