Banana Almond Teff Porridge (serves 4, cook 20 mins: 1 C whole grain teff, 1½ C water, 1½ C Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 T coconut oil, ground cinnamon, 1 banana, salt, ¼ C crushed or sliced almonds, and maple syrup for drizzling on top)
SCD Broiled Eggs: Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Lightly butter a muffin tin & put one egg per well. Add salt, pepper & any SCD seasonings you like. Broil for about 10 minutes (a little less if you like the yolk runny). Eat up!
I am always trying to figure out something healthy to eat in the morning, but I can't think of anything so after 10 minutes of trying to stay "good"...I end up eating cheese (not good).
