I know it sounds "ghetto" but it is truly the best fried rice I've ever had. I actually made a somewhat healthier version using the turkey spam, bumped up the protein by adding 2 add'l egg whites and some sauteed cabbage for bulk and it was equally as wonderful. Yum!
