Steel Cut Apple Cinnamon Oats These were NOT mushy in the crockpot. Steel cut oats AND using water bath method, worked out great. Used one apple one pear, used maple syrup, a couple cinnamon sticks, some ground flax and sunflower seeds! Jer still does not like the texture of steel cut oats, but R, B I really liked these!
