Paleo Gluten Free Pancakes Recipe - great recipe used a smashed banana instead of applesauce, and didn't add the maple syrup.. really good

I modified this recipe to be a pina colada cake by replacing the oil with pinapple puree and frosting it with a pinapple buttercream. So good!
