ALMOND QUICK BREAD Makes 1 loaf Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups almond flour 3 eggs 1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup yogurt 1/4 teaspoon salt Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour into the prepared loaf pan. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing and serving.
Doughless Pizza,,,cauliflower crust. This has become a regular recipe for carbless pizza in my house on Sunday night. My husband, who hates cauliflower, even has eaten a few pieces. Very easy to make, and very healthy!
