Spicy Dukkah Chicken - •4 chicken legs & thighs, separated with skin on •2T tomato paste •2T vinegar •2 or 3T dukkah spice (•1/2 c roasted chopped hazelnuts •1T cumin •1/2 T coriander •1/2 tsp cayenne pepper •1/2 tsp savory •1/2 tsp salt). Marinate chicken several hours. Baste several times while baking.
