2 cloves Garlic
4 handfuls Leafy greens
1/4 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed


15 Kalamata olives, pitted
1 tbsp Lemon juice

Pasta & Grains

1 cup Farro

Baking & Spices

1 Black pepper, Freshly ground
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1 Light sprinkle Sea salt, fine-grain
1/4 tsp Sea salt, fine-grain

2 2/3 tbsp Olive oil
