1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
1/2 tsp Sea salt, fine-grain
1 Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup Sesame seeds, raw

Oils & Vinegars

7 tbsp Olive oil

Nuts & Seeds

1/2 cup Almonds, whole
1/2 cup Pistachios, raw
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds, raw
