Gluten-Free French Bread This is very good! I was pleasantly surprised. :D Update 3/20/13 I found that Xanthan Gum was really screwing up my stomach (I react strongly to any corn products), so I replaced the Xanthan Gum with Gelatin. It worked just beautifully!
