Avoid olive oil as it isn’t stable at high temperatures.)  1 cup chopped onion  5 cloves minced garlic  2 1/2 t. cumin  2 t. paprika  2 t. sea salt  1/2 t. chili powder  1/2 t. black pepper  Milk, as needed (water or bean broth can be substituted)
