Gluten Free Pumpkin Bread. very good!! replaced 1c sugar with 1/4c date sugar and 1/2c honey, could probably use a bit more sweetness. added 1 tbsp coconut flour to help balnce liquid honey. used 3tbsp butter, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 3 tbsp applesauce to lower fat and up healthy value. would use 1 tsp more pumpkin pie spice next time. http://www.glutenfree-meals.com/ #gluten #food #diet
