Italian Coffee - 2 cups whipping cream • 2 oz (60 ml) Galliano liqueur • 4 cups French roast coffee - In mixing bowl, combine whipping cream and Galliano liqueur. Mix until firm and set aside. Pour brewed French roast coffee into 4 heat-proof wine glasses. Top with liqueur mixture. Makes 4 servings.
