These cookies are easy and a hit with everybody I have served them too! Nobody even knows they are GLUTEN FREE until I say something. You need four easy ingredients for the cookies and the frosting is a simple pour on. I made 3 dozen and it took me 45 minutes from pantry to frosted cookies. It might be just me, but I think this one is a winner!
