Cube Steak & Gravy - Lightly coat 2 lbs cube steak in seasoned flower and fry in a small amount of oil until brown (does not have to be completely cooked).  Put browned cubed steak in baking dish and mix 2 packet of dry brown gravy mix with 1½ - 2 cups cold water.  Pour over steak, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Uncover and cook 15 more minutes or until gravy has thickened.  Serve with creamed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
