A Pair of Flight, Barr and Barr Worcester Porcelain Fence Pattern Soup Plates

The finely painted deep soup plates are richly decorated in Japan colours with a stylized Chinese garden scene with rockwork, fences and pagoda in a pattern known as the Fence Pattern. These plates have both the earlier impressed BFB Worcester mark and the script FBB one. This occurs in the year of the change over of ownership when the factory continued to use the older blanks.
