I'm speaking for myself, but I believe many other homesteaders would agree our main focus is on building a life where we don't need frequent vacations or breaks from. I used to enjoy traveling before my accident, now I find it so difficult. The world can be loud, noisy, and chaotic, but on our homestead, everything moves at a slower pace. Our lifestyle brings a peace that I truly believe more people need to experience in this world.
