Baking Substitutions: Buttermilk Edition

- •1 cup of room temperature milk
- •1tbsp white vinegar (or) 1 tbsp lemon juice (or) 1.5 tbsp cream of tartar
Add your base to the milk in a jar with a lid. Let sit 15 minutes, then shake it really well and there you have it, easy peasy buttermilk substitution! Full video is on our YouTube channel!
